Synopsis: Jedi Barrows has survived longer than most in Jamestown, aka Doomstown, one of the most notorious inner city ghettos. Witness to the cold blooded murder, Jedi narrowly escapes with his life and hides from the police and the thugs looking to shut him up for good. The code of silence that covers places like Jamestown is well documented. No one comes forward until Jedi is kidnapped by Twist's mourning relatives and 'convinced' that he should testify in court.
Upon agreeing to stand up for what is right, Jedi is relocated to a secret address where he has to build a new life from scratch, trying to put the guilt over his friend's death behind him. He uses all his will power to get this new life straight, but the attempted murder of his mother and sister threaten to derail everything that he has worked so hard for, forcing Jedi to make the ultimate choice between revenge and justice.

to police gunfire, and a New Jersey state trooper being brought to tears
as he describes memories of his police work.
