Washington, DC is more than the nation’s capital; it sits at the heart of the largest concentration of Black wealth in the country — the DMV region (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia). That economic power, combined with cultural influence and institutional infrastructure, uniquely positions the region as the next creative culture capital.
